We are currently accepting applications for our 2025 Holiday Program -- Deadline to apply is 12/06/2025 at 5pm.

Meet Victori Joy

The Birth of Victori-Us
​​
In 2018, Victori Joy entered the world weighing just two pounds—born at 32 weeks after her mother endured a traumatic pregnancy marked by Superimposed Preeclampsia. The delivery led to two blood transfusions, a brain bleed, and a small tumor on Victori’s arm. She spent her earliest days fighting for life in the NICU, growing stronger with each breath until she was finally able to come home.
​
While Victori fought in the NICU, her mother faced her own battles—postpartum depression, lost wages, mistreatment during her birthing experience, and the heartbreaking inability to care for her other four children. It was a season of survival. But it was also a season of grace. Community advocates, friends, and family stepped in, reminding her she wasn’t alone.
Out of that pain and support, Victori-Us was born—not just as a name, but as a movement. Kai Sutton made a vow: when the time was right, she would share her story to raise awareness and fight for better birthing experiences for all mothers. She would build a support system that wraps around moms like hers was wrapped around her—one that helps prevent depression, isolation, violence, and burnout.

Kai believes that when a mother feels supported, she can show up more fully—not just for her children, but for herself. Because parenting is a 24/7/365 responsibility with no days off. And every mother deserves a village.
At Victori-Us, we lend our hearts and hands to lighten the load. We empower parents to feel not just strong—but Victorious.
